20 Years of SANTA FE – the evolution of an icon.

Hyundai introduced the first-generation SANTA FE in the year 2000, making us one of the pioneers in the SUV market. Now celebrating its 20th anniversary, the hugely successful SANTA FE has become an icon for the brand. Take a look back with us at how our first SUV has evolved over the years.

    Designing the new look – from sketch to the show room.

    At the beginning of the design process, the initial sketches are usually no more than rough drafts drawn with pencils on paper. For the SANTA FE, the design team focused on achieving a calmer, more sophisticated form language. It underlines the wide stance and strength of the new design to achieve harmony and refinement.
